1. The following is the privacy policy of La Nación S.A. and Subsidiaries, hereinafter Grupo Nación. The objective is to inform all readers, users and clients about the way in which we process and treat the data and information that they provide us through the websites and different Applications of Grupo Nación.

Grupo Nación declares that it recognises the right of the user to update, rectify, oppose or cancel any information that has been previously provided and undertakes to have the appropriate procedures in place to carry out the required updates and rectifications. Likewise, Grupo Nación undertakes to delete from the Database any user who so requests in cases where it is legally applicable.
4. We declare that Grupo Nación websites report anonymous information to the Google Analytics system. This information is used to determine the proportions of age groups, interests and gender of those who visit us in order to offer a better experience.
1. On all Grupo Nación sites, the user must register in advance to access the content of the websites. In all cases, the information will be stored and used in compliance with the Law on the Protection of Individuals Against the Processing of Their Personal Data (No. 8,968).

The specific purposes for which contact information is collected are the following: compliance with the objectives of the website as indicated in the Terms of Use of the page or application, sending communications, advertising content of its own or of third parties with whom Grupo Nación has a commercial alliance through Grupo Nación's technological platforms, promotions, information or updates and information related to transactions; purchases of goods or services when applicable and the site allows it.
